RestoreMe is based on the concept of modern floral therapy and is composed of four flower essences that work together to restore strength, reestablish emotional and physical bonds between mother and child, ground, protect, and ease the initial physical and emotional shock of motherhood.

Modern floral therapy relies on the theory that the natural healing vibrancy found in flowers can contribute to the well-being of the mind and body.

We selected four specific flowers known to balance emotions while simultaneously restoring a mother's strength during her postpartum journey.

To produce this unique elixir, each flower is submerged in natural spring water before being exposed to sunlight to extract its vibrational energy. The water is then filtered and preserved with less than 1% brandy alcohol so that it can retain its natural goodness.

Flower essences are a form of vibrational healing. They are completely safe to use postpartum and pose no contraindications to medications. However, if you have concerns, consult your midwife or doctor.

How To Use

Take four drops under the tongue, four times a day. Alternatively, place 10-12 drops in a water bottle that you will drink throughout the day. Consistency with daily doses yields the greatest benefits.

Grove Sandwort (Alaskan) (Moehringia lateriflora):
The healing qualities of Grove Sandwort essence strengthens the physical and emotional bond between mothers and their children. It helps to establish a clear energetic connection to the earth, helping a new mother to feel more grounded and stable.
Centaury (Bach) (Centaurium erythraea):
Found in Europe, parts of Western Asia, North America, Northern Africa, New Zealand and Eastern Australia, the restorative powers found in the flower essence of Centaury help mothers who feel depleted and overwhelmed after birth. It gives mothers the strength to navigate their transition to motherhood. It is said to help new moms establish clear boundaries (think saying no to unsolicited advice on motherhood) and develop personal courage and self-determination.

Walnut (Bach) (Juglans):
The Walnut essence helps moms mentally, physically, and emotionally during times of change. It assists new mothers during their transition into the Fourth Trimester, when the need to stay connected to mind, body, and spirit, is essential. This essence offers protection from excessive outside influences in general, and helps break stagnant links with the past, so moms can stay present and welcome the future more easily.
Star of Bethlehem (Bach) (Ornithogalum umbellatum):
The experience of giving birth is sacred, beautiful, and a time of radical change. Birth and adjusting to motherhood can sometimes be a shock to the system and not go as planned. For first-time mothers, there can be a strong identity shift during recalibration. For mothers who did not receive tender care during birth, or during postpartum, the memories can be filled with lingering trauma. The essence of Star of Bethlehem brings comfort and helps to lift the mental and physical weight of heartache, shock, and trauma.

Shipping + Ordering
Your Fourth Phase box order will ship via USPS. As soon as your box is sent you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. All packages are delivered without signature confirmation. Rush delivery is available within the checkout process for an additional fee.

Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the close of business the following day. Orders received on the weekends are usually processed by end of day Monday.
